I lived at a property managed by Opticrealm for over three years. Opticrealm was fantastic at addressing any issues very quickly - for example, when we had issues with our fridge temperature it was replaced with a new top of the line fridge/freezer within a day. My main interactions were with Olivia who is very responsive and highly professional.

I've just ended my tenancy in Fulham with Opticrealm. It's really nice having a corporate landlord (especially a good one)! Throughout the tenancy there were the regular problems that come up - cracks forming, appliances breaking, etc and they were all taken care of very quickly. The communications are also very quick and efficient. They use an app that makes everything very easy to report and get sorted. There is also a nice personal element - it's not like speaking to a disembodied company - they have great staff who are super helpful. Best landlord ever! :)

We rented from Opticrealm for 2 years. We were extremely happy with their service. They were very helpful and responsive unlike some other property managers you might come across in London. The manager Olivia and the repair team are very professional and they solved our problems very quickly. Honestly, I don't think I can find a better place to rent from!

We are tenants in one of the Opticrealm properties in North London and have been for over a year. I never thought I would feel so (positively) strongly about a landlord. Opticrealm & Olivia (office/letting manager) are just exceptional. They place huge value on their tenants & experience provided. Any issues (very unusual) are resolved very efficiently and to a high standard with a very high level of responsiveness. Olivia is just superb. If you are considering renting through Opticrealm - I cannot speak more highly - honest, transparent, fair and high quality landlord. They set a very high benchmark for the renting experience and should take great pride in their delivery. 11/10. James - Lancaster Grove
