The staff are really helpful ive been getting prescriptions for 4 years now. They text you when its ready for collection which is great!!! Besides medication they cater for eveyones needs

Would rate as 0 if I could. Stopped visiting the pharmacy due to the rude, disrespectful & racist behaviour from the lady behind the counter (Jenny). Escalated feedback on her all the way to the MD, and after involving Powher they finally did a proper investigation; outcome was poor & unsatisfactory (they concluded there was no evidence to back up my complaints). Suggested they do a mystery shop using people from varying diversity groups, to prove my case (she sighs, looks disappointed & even shouts when serving Black & Asian customers & is all smiles & laughs when serving White customers), but of course this was ignored. She continues working there, such a shame. Have decided to collect medication from SandyLight pharmacy in QC, where I am treated humanely.

I got a general prescription and none of the employees was bothered enough to use my insurance website claiming that they only accepted the direct ones. Low range of products as well.

Local chemist to collect various items as required. Plenty of different ptroducts on sale, large shop and staff are always helpful.

Very rude staff and also pharmacist (not very professional one, what a waste of education) , Called for my prescription on Wednesday, I have not received it yet and it is Tuesday, and on top of that you get shouted at. What a shame. I cant's submit this without giving at least one star - but to make it cleat NO STARS
