        Wait weeks or months for referrals only to be told doctors haven't bothered to look at your records or check why they're seeing you. Can't think of another profession where it would be acceptable to hold meetings so woefully under prepared. Attending appointments is a waste of time as the buck just passed to other departments/hospotals with no-one taking any resposiblity to actually resolve ongoing issues.

        Extremely rude reception team make it a absolute nightmare I will now be changing my doctors after quite a few ocassions of this nonsense an nothing has changed same aggressive behaviour from the same member of staff repeatedly horrible attitude problem
