I signed my parents up for Christmas a few years ago and they have been so happy with it. Since moving home I have got to reap the benefits of having lovely, local, organic veg every week. The thing that sticks out to me it that they invest in their community. It was started in Kentish town and still very much is located here. The excess veg or food waste is donated to local community groups and since it is a cooperative their profits don't go to a CEO or investors but back into the community.

I was a member of the scheme when I lived near Mornington Crescent. I looked forward to the mega veg and fruit bag each week. Such beautiful produce. Great value. Really convenient pick up near where I lived. Always brilliant responses and refunds on the extremely rare occasions there was a problem with the produce. I MISS IT!!! I now live in a rural place but it is weirdly harder to find good fruit and veg.
