        Same thing as Pat. Ordered and heard nothing back within 2 weeks. Also asked for refund as this was supposed to be a birthday present. Now replaced with something else since it did not arrive. Have written 2 mails and 1 inmail via your website - reply please????

        I've been unable to get in contact with the store but i placed an order on the 20th February for some perfume at 69 ...paid 12 for postage and have heard nothing. Not impressed... Pat
