On the plus side, very nice location, rooms are comfortable and there is coffee and tea in the room. On the negative, no lift/elevator, not much ventilation in the toilets , and they did not clean the cups. Rooms: Comfortable rooms, coffee/tea and cookies provided, decent toilet.

Cons: couldnt sleep as the air conditioning unit in our lower ground room was humming so loudly. Its automatic so unable to control it yourself. Really, really annoying. Small double bed. Pros: clean, modern, kettle, fridge, lighting, location.

I had to make a booking due to my wife having surgery at nearby royal free hospital and the premier inn being fully booked. 10 days before the booked night the hospital contacted us to postpone the surgery until May. I contacted the hotel immediately to request a date change or refund to be told no to both and that they look forward to welcoming me soon. A bit of a kick in the teeth to say they are looking forward to welcoming me when I have made it clear the 110 mile journey has had to be postponed. I will contact the bank to claim back the payment that was taken for the booking a month ago. Avoid this place at all costs, customer service is none existent.
