Amazing service, I wasn't sure how to alter my dresses so they fit better, but they did an amazing job with my gothic dresses. One was heavily embroidered and they managed to work with it to make it very flattering. The other dress had a lot of lace and again they did a great job making it fit my waist, adding cups and also adding straps of the same material that made it so it wouldn't fall down anymore. You shouldn't believe them when they say "We go above and beyond for our customers." Had to hem my pants in here because I needed them to a specific date. Paid extra for the speed. Unfortunately, I've got in a traffic incident in a day in which I had to collect my trousers so I wasn't able to pick up my phone and to commute to the location. When I finally got home, charged my phone and called to stitch and clean the owner of the place didn't even think about taking a step towards me. She just said "I can wait for ten minutes maximum for somebody to go in and get them while I'm still here". She was unwilling to commute to the location which is literally 5 minutes away from the shop and leave the trousers there in the hall. And the next time when I called her ten minutes later and ask her to take my trousers to her home so I would come to her's and pick them up later that day the answer was "I'm already too far from the shop, you should've think about it before when you've called earlier." So now I'm forced to use my old trousers for the event while payed 85 pounds to have the new ones. Maybe the alteration here is good itself, but client's service and understanding from the side of the personnel is horrible. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
