        I normally am very anxious person whenever I have to see a dentist, but today was exceptionally peaceful. Jess ( The dentist) and Teresa ( The nurse) both took a good care of me and made me feel at ease. I also had my clean done and they were both very informative and professional with their approaches. Jess was very gentle and calm in the way she handled me and very thorough in the way she explained the whole process to me. Definitely, showed great interpersonal skills as well as an excellent communication skill. Thank you Malden and thank you Jessica Oakhill. .
