Probably the worst shop for sending parcels. Went there 6x and never managed to send it once! Constant excuses for printer not working, came out of time hours because between 3-4pm you cannot send it. Or shop is shut when it should be open because they restocking! Very unhelpful or willing to help. Time wasted on big scale. Avoid!

Tried to do a ASOS return 3 times in this place and each time they came up with a different excuse. Why offer a service you dont wanna provide? lol dont choose this place to do your returns.

I had an Amazon return to do (the Amazon notes stated that the 2 small (hand sized) packs I was returning didn't need packing) When the shopkeeper saw the return item, he made a grumpy face & said why did you not pack etc. I told him why. I said can you stick a bit of tape on it, he grumpily said no and said you have to buy sellotape for 0.75p I refused to be forced to buy his tape; he then started to lecture me about "if I do this for you it sets a precedent for all other customers". What the owner fails to realise is that I will go out of my way not to return as a customer to his shop. What a miserable shopkeeper.
