Girl who works there was lovely. Booked for eyebrow threading and decided to try lamination as she lists it at 7. Whole thing should have been 17 and she charged me 70 complained to her and she refused to refund me the difference. Shes still not changed her prices online, she removed the camden branch from her website, then told me it was 60 and then said it was 70 by itself but in her pricing online it was 7, overall I was given 4 different prices. Had to complain to my bank and had to legally challenge her bank to get the money back as she wasnt cooperating. Shes scamming people. DO NOT USE THEM. shes now deactivated her website because I used it as proof against what is doing and continues to do. Service: Eyebrow shaping

Vanessa is so friendly and amazing at what she does..she's very honest and gives you good advice..on top of that my lashes looks amazing too!

Ive booked an appointment for today and Ive arrived and the salon is closed to add to the frustration their phone number doesnt work and Ive already prepaid through Treatwell. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional I hope theyll give me the money back at least. Avoid please!
