Went to showroom and couldn't be nicer. Unfortunately, the salesman who came round was 30 years out of date with his pressure at all costs to sign on the line. Potential sale one day to lost the following

Initially thought it was good, fair price compared to others and came and got the job done with minimal disruption. Their aftercare however is appalling. Had a few problems with doors dropping which you expect, but trying to get hold of them to come and sort it out is a nightmare. Currently have one window that won't open at all a front door that doesn't lock properly and a back door that I now cannot close or lock at all and as we are in the middle of a really cold spell is not ideal, neither is having an open unlocked door overnight. Would not recommend purely for the aftercare. Ten year warranty is kind of useless when you can't get hold of anyone to fix it. If you do manage to speak to someone they promise you they will call you back and then proceed to try and convince you to add a conservatory?!?! Service: Double pane window installation & replacement

Felt very pressured into signing after spending hours being sold the product. I expressed concern about wanting to compare prices but was put under a lot of pressure to sign as I was told I could still take a look at other companies and cancel, receive my full deposit back, as I had a 7 day grace period. We ended up signing and then discovered the prices were much more expensive than other companies. We followed instructions to cancel and were told we could only receive our deposit back by cheque (there was no option to have this refunded to the bank account) and this would take 28 days. I am till waiting for my cheque and will be chasing this on Monday.
