I did the 6 week challenge with Duncan, post c-section with no core muscles and hated excersice at the best of times. After 6 weeks I am shocked at myself that I have actually ended up loving the exercise sessions and found something I want to keep doing! I can see the difference in my strength and abilities every week and I've rolled over my membership for 6 months and I cant wait to continue my journey with Duncan and the girls! Love our crew and the fun we have every week! Couldnt recommend him enough!

Feeling anxious at turning up first day but can honestly say a Huge thank you to Duncan for showing training can be enjoyable. Seeing the results is great, manage to fit into jeans Ive long thought would not be possible! This really works and makes you want to turn up each training session, the group is friendly which I was worried about but everyone is so encouraging and the support you get from Duncan even out of training is amazing giving advise on pains and strains to dietary and recipe advice you really feel great after a session and its a great laugh. Best thing Ive ever done, I never knew getting in shape could be so enjoyable. Anyone whos considering it should come along..Im sure you wont regret it!

Originally started off with a 6 week drop a dress size plan! Enjoyed it so much and got such good results I have been going ever since! Great friendly atmosphere and so supportive with training! Would definitely highly recommend if you want to exercise in a fun environment!

I am on week 9 of my training with Life Balance and it has changed my whole outlook on food and exercise. I now have more energy and drive to keep going and enhance my fitness further. Duncan is knowledgeable and supportive and has created a great community of girls who work hard and play hard!
