Havering court is a lovely and friendly service. The atmosphere and environment is clean. The home is very spacious, the rooms are big. The staff at Havering court engaged well with the residents in meeting their health care needs, social and psychological needs. Im very happy working at Havering Court.

Absolute toilet of a care home, where staff take liberties with residents human rights. I had a loved one stay here for a short period she had items stolen, she's hemiplegic in a wheelchair and was left in corridors alone crying for help. My LO had call Bell removed from her on several occasions. The manager CS, was argumentative and allowed my loved one to be repeatedly neglected and left in unsafe and unhygienic state. The rooms aren't fit for purpose, cigarette smoke from residents and staff would get into LO's room when she opened the window. There was dents/scratch marks on the door frame where the carers repeatedly banged LO's wheelchair into doorframe. Doors are meant to allow 360 access. No track hoist in the room, often LO would be left in bed all day as staff couldn't find a sling for the hoist. One of the reviews below is written by a nurse at the home EB. There was no physiotherapy whatsoever. One long-term resident has Schizophrenia and shout abuse at other residents and visitors. She's allowed to rome the home welding a guitar as a weapon. Severely disabled residents hang out at the entrance drinking cans of lager and smoking. The activities staff are kind and pleasant, but the nursing and care staff are rude and unhelpful. Just an absolute toilet of a care home!! Not suitable for dogs let alone humans. It needs a serious overhall or shutting down.
