The staff are really nice, caring, polite and helpful

If you value the life of your loved one do not place them in this home. Care staff do try but nursing totally inadequate. Uncaring attitude.

It doesn't deserve one star, don't send your loved ones here unless you want them neglected at every level, no staff, no care, dirty. Next step is CQC to report it

My sister who was in her early 40s had a stroke 3 years ago and needed assistance with her care due to left sided weakness and she placed in the home. She died of pulmonary embolism few days after a successful reconstruction of craniotomy. I still blame myself for her death as she told me not to sent her back to the home after the surgery because she had witnessed people dying like flies. I sent her back to the home hoping to look for another home later. Unfortunately, she died couple weeks afterwards. Some of the staff were amazing but the manager was horrible. I will not recommend to anyone!
