Lesley was such an amazing help for me in a really difficult time. She was so patient, understanding and non judgemental and really gave me hope that things would get better. With a lot of talking, compassion and some really helpful tools Ill use forever, I have found myself feeling so much happier and more myself. Would recommend Lesley to anyone, she helped me so much with my anxiety and has really changed my life for the better. Couldnt thank her enough.

its been now over a year and I'm glad to say i made the right choice by choosing Lesley. I started pre-covid the journey and the room /place is so relaxing and comfortable. It was my first time having any kind of PT and happy to say its been very useful and she has helped me with my personal journey and continue to do. I'm grateful and appreciate how she provided me great tools to manage my anxiety about certain issues and how to manage on daily basis. I highly recommend she's very accommodating when needed.

Lesley has been a fantastic help, providing me with the skills and knowledge to be able to learn how to cope with issues and anxieties causing me problems with every day life. A friendly personality and even working though Zoom, the sessions feel natural and personable. I don't know where I would be without Lesley's help and support.
