after having some new aluminium windows installed along with a new front door, I would now recomend this company to anyone who is considering this type of home improvement. I took a deal up where when I purchased a front door it came with a new Ring Video System which I thought was Fab! For me this was the icing on the top, so I thought I would leave this review as a sign of my appreciation! Thanks again Chigwell Window Company!!

I mean if Carlsberg did window companies then Chigwell would be on the list. not the first time they have impressed & I guess it wont be the last. thanks for the deal you did just before christmas.

Got to say these guys impressed me. I do not usually leave a review but on the basis from start to finish I could not fault them I would like to recomend them to others. Thanks for all your hard work chigwell

Best to avoid this company, not a reputable business and unsound business practices. They will last minute force you to accept (in my case) a 12% increase in price, or to accept a cheaper range or simply leave you (which in my case is a massive hole in our newly built extension). Wish I had seen the reviews before. Can recognise some of the comments around the sales team and their unprofessionalism. So in summary not a business of this day and age: not at all customer friendly, bad business practices and even our builder is taking his business elsewhere!
