        I was appalled to hear the distress in a relative's voice (today - 03/05/2023) when she informed me that an elderly woman taking a serious fall nearby Lynwood Medical Centre surgery was given the response in answer to a request for assistance "we're at lunch" without any assistance whatsoever being given.
