Dental Fitness Clinic

I got an emergency appointment today - cracked a tooth. Dental Fitness were brilliant at accommodating me from reception organising the appointment right the way through to treatment. Must say thank to Tracey, Julie and Anika for the amazing care. I look forward to the next visit.

Had a lovely hygienist appointment today with a lady called Remmi, she did a fantastic job on my teeth and helped to keep me calm, as the dentist sometimes gets me nervous. Absolute star!

Staff are vile and rude and thats before youve even gotten to the actual dentist.

Can't thank sunny enough .My daughter had a terrible accident where her front teeth was completely out of her mouth . Phoned surgery reception was helpful concerned and advice put in milk sunny will see as soon as you get here .This was done of course and sunny cleaned .fitted recleaned and re-lined .we then saw a specialist up London king George hospital sunny advice .The specialist said your dentist done a excellent job and gave your daughter every chance of saving her teeth if iy wasnt for sunny treatment and advice my daughter whos 17 woukd not have her front teeth the specialist put a splint on her teeth and fingers crossed these teeth will knit back thank you so much sunny .may I add I had sunny for at least 38 years and never had a problem and he's always gave me a perfect smile .. xxx

The receptionast ( the curly haired one ) - not the one that has been there since i was a baby. What a RUDE, abrasive, condescending and frankly omniscient person! It's a shame that she is the reason i will be leaving this dental practice, as mr Patel has always been such a lovely dentist since i was a child. However i cannot continue to attend a dental practice where i am spoken down to, and 'basically' told I'm a lier when i disagreed with an aspect of my treatment history. - Being told that i haven't attended the surgery since 2018 when i ABSOLUTELY KNOW i have - and not with my children, just as a patient myself. Dissagreeing with the person that was actually at the appointment is a really foolish thing to do and just goes to show the ' records ' must be incorrect and not me the attendee. I don't want a response to this review - to be perfectly frank i really dont want to give that ' jobsworth ' of a receptionist any more of my time or effort. My final thought is that i can only hope that you ( Mrs receptionist person ) maybe rethinks your job choice and maybe goes in to something less 'customer' focused seen as how you appear to struggle and fail in that area- as proved by several bad reviews!
