i recently bought a 2015 bmw 218i M from RB cars and vans and the transaction was smooth and ryan was polite, after the deal he said he was going to get my the spare key, its been 3 weeks and several denied phone calls and now im 300 down for a new key

A real pleasure to deal with. My daughter likes to be different so when it comes to cars she has to have something special. When we came across this car of Ryans, she really wanted to have it, even though it was in London and were in Northern Ireland When I contacted Ryan he was super helpful and send a few additional pictures through and we quickly came to an agreement on price and on condition Ryan picked me up at 8.30am the following morning (Sunday) from Stansted Airport. The deal was done and every completed very professionally and I drove up through England, Scotland to the boat at Cairnryan Port to home. But and most importantly, the car was a good honest car, just as Ryan said. Great, thanks Ryan.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this dealership. Was interested in purchasing a car but rarely a reply, even upon asking for photos of the rear arches and service history of a Ford Puma, there was no reply. Surely when someone is interested in purchasing a car you would be much quicker to respond to enquiries rather than taking weeks?
