Shepperson Wedding Films

We were initially hesitant to have a videographer as we are not au fait with being in front of the camera but we are so glad we did! We contacted Stephen very last minute in wedding terms (2 months prior) after viewing one of the films he did at a family members wedding again and deciding it wasn't something we could miss out on! Luckily he was able to squeeze us in his busy schedule. We met Stephen in person and discussed our plans and concerns and he put us at ease straight away. On the day we barely noticed he was there (a big plus for us). He worked seamlessly alongside our photographer and was very humorous in directing some of the more "put together" footage (his Jack Sparrow-esque run through the long grass was a personal highlight!). The edited footage was sent to us well within the timescale promised, it actually came through whilst we were on our honeymoon so it was lovely to be able to watch it for the first time somewhere special. The footage was amazing, the visual is really high quality. We were really bad at choosing music to go over the footage so we left this completely up to Stephen and Jenny and were so pleased with the end result. Stephen and Jenny have kept in touch since the wedding and it's lovely to receive such a great service after the big day is over and is refreshing to meet people so dedicated and passionate about what they do - its a much more personal service and feels like you're more than just another wedding to them! Stephen was absolutely incredible from our first WhatsApp message to our final video. Stephens communication is amazing and we felt at ease from the start. He was very accommodating, extremely patient and listened to our vision for our special day. Stephen blended in with our guests, unless it was specific couple shots, we actually forgot we was being filmed! Stephen is incredibly polite with a great sense of humour too, an absolute pleasure to work with. No request was too much! I was torn on whether to get a videographer or not and as Stephen knows, I last minute took the plunge. I can honestly say, it was worth every single penny!!! It has brought back the day in such a special way and will be amazing to show our children when they get older. Stephen is also joined by his wife Jenny who both spent hours upon hours on our most precious video. Thank you both so much! 100000% recommend!!!!

Having been previously recommended to Stephen and Jenny by our good friends, after seeing their wedding videos, for us it was the easiest decision to make on who to be our videographer at our wedding. We knew we wanted quality as this was going to be a lasting memory of our big day. We received our video package yesterday, delivered in person by Jenny, impeccably gift wrapped with extras such as popcorn and chocolate, such nice added touches. My wife and I sat down to watch the video at dinner and relive the memories from the big day and it was honestly like watching our own movie. The films are crystal clear and the editing is incredible, not dwelling too much on certain areas but cutting in and out of scenes throughout the day/night with speeches and music dubbed over the top... especially as we requested. Worth noting too, Stephen is incredibly professional and helpful from start to finish and remembered all of our small requested details. To say we are happy with the outcome is an understatement, the video is perfect and more than we could've wished for and the 5 minute trailer captures the whole day. We could not recommend enough.

I don't know where to begin, from the moment of booking, Stephen has been great, top communication, taking time to really understand what we were hoping our wedding video would capture. I must admit, we almost didn't go for videography, but had we not, that would have been my biggest regret! We got our video yesterday and I've already watched it 3x!! We have really enjoyed watching our day back, reliving the feelings we felt, and witnessing bits we'd missed of the day. It is truly the most valuable, and treasured possession I have from our wedding day. Stephen was relaxed, friendly, made us all laugh, and was all round brilliant to be around on the day, and the way he captured such special, natural moments is second to none. I am truly grateful that I booked Stephen and for the beautiful moments he captured for us. We will continue to look back at this video forever with so much love. I think I totally underestimated the time and effort that Stephen puts in to making this film perfect, I was dreading that I'd not like how I looked caught off guard, but we adore every single second of it! We cannot thankyou enough. If anyone is in two minds, booking Stephen was hands down the best booking we made!

Stephen filmed both our Covid-wedding ceremony in 2021 and our blessing and reception in 2022, and we couldn't recommend him more. Communication in the run up to our events was fantastic, and on the day(s!) itself, we barely knew Stephen was there - in the best way possible. The videos are perfect - having the ceremonies and speeches recorded is fantastic as the day really does go by so quickly, and the wedding video captured so many moments that we'd forgotten or missed. As the bride, seeing all of our guests arriving at the church and the emotion in the run up to the ceremony is so special, and the parts that Stephen captured from our reception had us both roaring with laughter and provoked many happy tears. I would thoroughly recommend hiring Stephen and Jenny - we will treasure these films.
