Long wait times, I wouldn't mind if there was a queue but it's as a result of lazy staff who are rarely even at the counter. I stood there for 10 minutes one time and there were no staff at the counter, looking through the door to the back, I saw there was a staff member, I tried to get her attention but was ignored. Instead I walked to the petrol station to get my coffee. The food is nice but staff are lazy, rude and incompetent. The service is consistently bad so I felt the need to leave this review. If I could give my experiences there less than one star, I would.
