Anna looks after our hairy dog and he is always the most handsome in the area! Every time he has been we have a consultation and agree what look he is to be having. Then when he's finished & looked in the mirror we agree his next appointment. The set up is bespoke,very professional, clean and tailored to the comfort of the pets. Our boy has found his Doggy Barber and won't go anywhere else!

Amazing! We took Suki for her first groom since we rescued her. She was very nervous but when picked her up she was so happy and looked gorgeous

Appalling service. Didnt complete the groom as requested, told me to go elsewhere to have nails cut and still charged me full rate. Couldnt cut all nails or fur round feet. Gave excuses for not knowing the dogs. Ended up with a massive vet bill as dewclaw which claimed been cut, hadnt and grew into the paw. Refused any responsibility or concern for the dogs welfare and argues she is a professional groomer. Will never go there again. Rubbish service. The whole experience escalated into a 300cost and a poorly dog. Very upset at the ignorance.
