        Booked eye test online several weeks ago , turned up today to be told "glitch with booking system and that I didn't have an appointment " . Fully aware of glitch with system yet send no email or social media notifications so as people are aware and can call up and check. Disgusting.

        Booked a hearing test, which I phoned up to say I wouldn't be able to attend, as something came up. They told me that I could no longer have a hearing test there, but that I would have to go to Cambridge, Booked Eye test, a while ago, was happy to wait. Today got down there and they told me that they had called me to say that I no longer had the appointment. Checked both phones, I hadn't been called. To rebook I have to wait over a month again. Should of gone to specsavers will now be known as, I wouldn't go back to Specsavers.
