        Booked an eye test early December, had the eye test then ordered some frames and lenses, Im still waiting. Ive phoned the shop twice for an update on my glasses and was told they are due in today that was 10 days ago, I phoned the shop again last week on Wednesday 11th Jan and got the answer phone, I received a call from Bilsons thinking my specs had arrived at last but I wasnt it was a lady who didnt know anything or couldnt tell me anything, very disappointed in the length of time left waiting for my glasses.

        Honestly the best opticians I have visited. ChanRaj the optician has been amazing with me and my constant vision anxieties. Always patient & understanding. I never feel like I'm wasting anyones time. I visited a few weeks ago and had a lovely conversation with (who I presume is the owner) he was so friendly & kind. I wasn't rushed out the door like some other places. I cant praise them enough.
