        I went for an Eye test and new glasses at the Observatory, and from the moment I walked into shop for the test, to the day I left with my new glasses I was dealt with very efficiently. All the staff who dealt with me were very friendly and good at there jobs. They provided a first class service, which I shall definitely use again. Well done.

        Friendly and efficient staff and a pretty rapid delivery were good signs. The glasses fitted perfectly without adjustment and came with cloths, fluid etc so nothing extra to buy. Very happy with my experience and the glasses. Highly recommended.
