Office Beaver

Obviously, most people are more inclined to write a review if they have an unsatisfactory experience - you know the old adage: "Treat your clients well and they may tell a few people, treat them badly and they'll tell everyone" - so I thought I'd restore the balance by saying what great service and comms I got from Office Beaver. I was also impressed by their ethical stance to encourage you to return cartridges to recycle, for the benefit of Children with Cancer. I would recommend, and encourage anyone who would do the same to write a positive review.

I have made a complaint to office beaver about my cartridges not working being told that my cartridges did not work because they were out of date this was from delivery last Febuary .the cartridges were already over 6 months old when I received them They have not even bothered to answer my e .mails about my complaint I cannot even give this company 1 star what a waste of my money BE AWARE OF OFFICE BEAVER CARTRIDGES .

Ordered hp 62 INK CARTRIDGE TWIN PACK This was supplied quickly,On installing found they did not work contacted them without success .They said they would within a day.Never heard from them. Avoid!!!

Bought 4 HP ink cartridges directly from the website and it arrived promptly 2 day later. Very happy as I also got a discount! Plus it was fair bit cheaper than Amazon. Win win win. Definitely will be go back for more, highly recommend.

I have never written a negative review before but I felt that such poor customer service needs to be shared, especially as I have seen other people having the same experience. I ordered ink from Ink Jungle and it was showing dispatched on my amazon account since August. I had to go out and buy it again from a shop whilst waiting for delivery. As all other purchases made said delivered I waited patiently for over a month but still nothing arrived, so I decided to contact Ink Jungle to ask for a refund or replacement. They came back that it is not eligible for a refund and no offer of replacement. On what planet would this ever be acceptable? I have used them for years but I will never use them again. Terrible customer service!
