Two kids plastic chairs arrived in a large plastic bag with a small hole in it, delivered by Royal Mail. When bag was opened one chair was minus a leg. Chairs should have been in a cardboard box.

Had a package delivered my name and address but certainly not ordered by me,or paid for by me,the www email address dosnt exists and phone is answer phone that says don't leave a message and hangs up! What a way to run a company,needs reporting

The customer service I received from Eastland Trading was very good. They found out my missing item was out of stock, advised when it would be back in stock and offered me a full refund. Very pleased and shall use again.

Had seagrass storage box delivered quick but I think your problem is your delivery driver. He left this huge box on doorstep and refused to help me into hall with it I told him I'm 70 and have arthritis in my hands he said you have a dog who is 13 years old but I would put him away in another room. But no he got in his van and drove away. My neighbour called to him but he ignored her too. She had to help me get my package into my home. I suggest finding another another delivery company. Good job I was in as my package could have been stolen. I asked for his company name as it was a white van with no name on it but he wouldn't tell me.

Very rude and arrogant and shoumd really review their customer facing staff. If I could rate them less than 1 I would.
