Despite the Covid crisis and the challenges of running an internet-based business/sale, I was delighted to receive my order less than 36 hours after placing it. Now that's service. Top quality manufactured merchandise. I would highly recommend.

Misleading advertising - I ordered based on the photograph. I was expecting a solid piece in the dimensions selected. I was happy therefore to pay the 5+ delivery as I expected it to be heavy. What I received was a sheet of mini bumper stops!!! When I contacted Affixit they refused to acknowledge any wrong on their part. I felt the picture was an inaccurate image of what I was buying. The said send back at your own cost and will only refund the cost of the item and not the postage. Clearly it is not cost effective to do that so I am now out of pocket and without the thing I need.

Perfect product and what I was expecting. Fantastic service, where my order went missing during delivery, they investigated and sorted the issue with single call to their friendly service desk. Big thanks, especially with all the Covid issues at the moment.
