        Customer service too poorly no communication and no attention doesn't clean table, coffee come after 35 min.

        Called at opening and was reassured no parties taking place and that we would be able to turn up at 11am. When we arrived at 11am there was a queue out the door and we were turned away due to parties taking place. This is the second time we have been turned away for this reason. Either just have parties at weekends and close to public or let people book on for a session as it is such a waste of time driving there to be turned away. Luckily the other soft play in Haverhill was open and had space so advise using them to avoid disappointed children.
