Well laid out flats with their own car park. Bins are all in a large wooden well constructed storage unit but there aren't enough when you consider, each flat has a young family in it and children, even just one, create a lot of rubbish. Nappies alone could fill an average household bin in just a few days. Small wonder then that people end up having to leave the overflow on the ground next to the bins. Some more bins would be great and there's loads of space for more. Heating is hard to control at times. Telephone entry system is a great security feature. All letterboxes for the flats are outside on a wall and they're nowhere near large enough for more than a couple of letters. Unfortunate that there's some back gardens belonging to houses nearby that have let their gardens become rubbish tips. One in particular has old fridges, furniture and other household objects dumped within a few feet of the flats and most of them have to see this as their main view of when they look out of the window. That garden must be rat infested, there's always loads of cats hanging around it so they're hunting something? Pity as it could be well tended or at least kept tidy? The flats are small but have everything you need. They're very close to no less than five schools!
