Having upgraded to the latest BT hub, none of the existing internal routers worked. I was quoted by two large WiFi connectivity experts between 4 and 5 thousand pounds to rectify the issue. On a personal recommendation, I contacted Tom who promptly visited and carried out a first class remedy at about 15% of the other contractors quotes. I would use him every time. From the start of our enquiry TJ Archer Electrical were able to provide knowledgeable, professional advice on installing our electric vehicle charger where others were not able to. Our installation was not straightforward, and Tom was able to offer proactive advice before the installation took place which involved installing our charger in our garage 40 meters from our house, and included work to update our electrics and provide a dedicated internet link to our garage. Tom always arrived on time on the days specified and was extremely pleasant, professional and observed social distancing whilst he worked in and around our house. The quality of the work was superb and everything worked first time. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending TJ Archer Electrical for electric vehicle charging point installations and for electrical work in general. We have found Tom to be a delight to work with. He has worked hard and delivered a great deal of quality with his work. Nothing has been to much trouble and has gone the extra mile for us at times. Has also been very helpful in regards to information needed for other works that we were having carried out along side the electrical work. Was brilliant with the dog and three kids !!! We also felt comfortable to allow Tom to have our house key to make things easier. Have already lined up more work. We can not recommend him highly enough.

I have used T J Archer Electrical extensively for wiring, re-wiring, new electrical boards, correcting other people's defective wiring and putting up outside lights. They are consistently excellent, polite, helpful and fair. Tom Archer goes above and beyond in order to ensure that the job is right for the client. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
