Excellent service and customer care from Connor. I had an outside connector which I needed an extension for but was struggling to find the same fitments. Connor suggested cutting and inserting cable with joiners - an idea that had been mentioned at another electrical supplier, but they advised I would need an electrician to do it. Connor got all the necessary parts and demonstrated exactly what I would need to do. He even cut and prepared the wires for me. As a mature women on my own it can be quite daunting going into trade places, but Connor made me feel really at ease and boosted my confidence to resolve the issue. Job done for less than 10. Thank you Connor.
