I had a great experience at the practice today. Keyla was wonderful: very friendly and explained everything to me. The clinic room is spotlessly clean and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend. I will be returning!

Went for ear wax removal, including a full hearing test consultation. Put my mind at ease over hearing loss issues - just getting a bit old . Keyla is eminently professional with a wealth of experience, including in the NHS. Would recommend without hesitation.

I booked in for a hearing test with Keyla. On arrival I found her to be personable and very down to earth which made me feel more relaxed straight away as I had been a bit nervous about going for the test which was the first time for me. The last thing you want when you go in to one of these types of tests is a robot with no personality trying to sell you something you dont need, and she was the total opposite of that. She was great at explaining how the auditory system works and gave a simple but detailed breakdown of how the tests are conducted along with a very clear and comprehensive analysis of the results. She also provided me with a lot of helpful information on how to deal with my tinnitus which I was grateful of. I would highly recommend anyone with hearing issues to book an appointment.
