After a long and tedious process with the man in the office, we finally deliberated on an office location. Price started at 30k and this soon crawled its way up to 45k; if I wasn't so desperate I wouldn't have taken this deal. Handover took 5 long months during the peak of Summer - costing us a lot of money as a business. After arriving at our new office, the horror on my face to see that the location had been left in ruins for us. There were food stains on the walls, rubbish everywhere and open live cables. I have attached a picture of this atrocity. We had our arms bent so far up our backs with the 5 year lease we had to sign. I certainly won't be using this company, and I strongly advise against using them.

Service has definitely gone down the pan, Johnny is useless at coming back to you and keeping you in the loop. Had dealings with him on number of occasions. If you are a mind reader you will be ok but if you're not don't expect to know what is going on with office space that you express interest in. I would not recommend this business at all, it seems like he isn't bothered about making money or earning a commission as all the offices we have discussed have gone absolutely nowhere. Painful overall.
