Sukhaatma - Ayurveda, Mindfulness & Yoga

I attended a term of Hatha yoga classes taught by Kalai and loved it. Kalai's teaching is supportive, encouraging and very effective. She encourages you to go deeper into your poses, past your perceived limits where you can grow and further develop your practice. She is incredibly skilled at guided meditation and her calm and restorative delivery, leaves you feeling refreshed and lighter. I would highly recommend learning from her practice and skill.

I would strongly recommend Sukhaatma and Dr.Karthik. I got treated by Karthik and I really like his approach and care he gives for the client. He explains the problem very clearly and the reason of the cause and the details of the treatment course. He is very friendly and clarified all my queries. He is one of the best doctor I visited.

I would strongly recommend Sukhaatma as I was there in a consultation as a friend of a client . Dr.Karthik is really friendly and the way he does consultation is amazing. It makes the client feels comfortable and think positive. He explains each and everything in detail regarding client's issue. And also, I really like the form of treatment as well, mostly everyone can easily follow that. As far I noticed the consultation, the treatment is completely in natural way, so need to worry about side effects. And also, the Sukhaatma team is really amazing, they are well organized and helpful. Thank you so much for the friendly consultation.
