        I've just developed a knee twinge over the last couple of months. A visit to Colin involved a discussion on what I had or hadn't done, watching me walk up and down the room, a bit of manipulation and then a few exercises to do over the coming weeks. 1 week on and I can feel great improvements in the way I'm walking and the discomfort is decreasing each day. Great, friendly, knowledgeable service.
