This company are the pits! They dupe you into believing you are buying what you have asked for when infact they are actually palming you off with what they want you to have. When you tell them you are not happy they become rude and patronising, and have no interest whatsoever in trying to sort out the situation they have caused. They don't tell you when delivery will be so you arrive to find the stuff they have sent you, dumped. You have no opportunity to decline the goods either. They have no customer service or customer respect. All they are interested in is taking your money. BUYERS BEWARE! Have given 1 star as there isn't an option for no stars!

I have purchased both sets of my showjumps from this company. Great products, high quality and just what I wanted. After a small mistake with my order, they responded ASAP to resolve it- bearing in mind it was three years ago. Great customer service. I received constant delivery updates during their journey to me. All arrived safely, secure and promt.
