I was having difficulty wading through the options for a mini dumper to fit my needs and there appears to be some significant variations in prices for what seem similar machines however I was worried about inadvertently buying some Chinese rubbish with poor spares provision, warranty support and after sales service . Lumag came highly recommended from a number of local landscaping companies I know so I called Lumag's sales team and spoke to a chap called Neil Madders, incredibly helpful guy, very straightforward approach, clearly knows his products very well and no sales pressure, just facts and prices which is exactly what you need . No more research needed, I bought the Lumag Mini Dumper with a platform stand . Their website is excellent compared to others, the kit comes with a great warranty, with good spares availability and what appears to be excellent customer support and service Great experience, definitely highly recommended .

Think you need to update your opening times Says 9 o clock for Saturday opening Waited 15mins but no sign of opening

A completely useless organisation that needs to come into the 21st century. They let you order and pay for things that they do not have. They don't bother to update you about progress and their website continually malfunctions so that you cannot log in to your account to check up on where the items you have paid for will arrive. They take a week to respond to your email and when they do they inform you that there is a two month wait before they can supply. A complete waste of time. Aer you serious? It has taken almost a YEAR to reply to this review.
