Rooms are either extremely hot or, I imagine, very cold as the heating / aircon system does not function.
The beer / lager is known locally as being flat and it is. A design fault means there is a significant amount of liquid in the pipes from cellar to tap. Early evening drinks are going to be the worst.

As youve decided Im a keyboard warrior, however, Ill maybe do a trip advisor one as well about the most recent stay Ive had including scrapping in the bar pre 7pm, the kitchen extractor fans preventing any peace up to 9pm and beyond (I assume someone wanted a portion of chips about quarter to ten when they fired up again!!). I presume the same would occur at breakfast time No need to set your alarm for sure!! You might wish to advertise the fact that there are no toiletries, bar a circle of soap, in your rooms as would be standard with the most basic of accommodations.
The cottage pie meal was ok, salty as the coast line but I wouldnt be one to normally complain . Unless asked to of course!
Not to mention the fact that when I stayed a few weeks ago, not only did I pay for both my room and my restaurant I had to provide bank account transactions and receipts as you tried to charge the Company as well!!
