        To start with a very easy pleasant and efficient transaction with a helpful team. The powered barrow itself is excellent, robust and capable. It arrived well packaged and assembled bar the bucket which took about 30 seconds to attach. Quick read of the instructions, pre start checks, fuelled up and ready for action within 10 minutes of arrival.

        Great service from Neil at Lumag. Very helpful when we bought our wood chipper, and minor issue a year on, that various repair shops said was a big problem that they could not fix, was resolved super fast by Neil by troubleshooting over the phone and was not really an issue at all. So pleased we went back to ask Lumag direct. Thoroughly recommend Lumag and Neil.

        I have had multiple issues with the wood processor that i purchased and no response from lumag when i got in touch on numerous occassions. I advise strongly to stay away from this company unless you want to waste your money!!
