        Phoned up to pay 2 days after auction, rudely told that he was very busy with a queue (as if i could see that on the phone) and was told to phone back in a few days, perhaps because he is so rude he struggles to maintain adequate staff levels, if i had been in his position, i would have politely asked for the customers phone number and name and asked if they would mind if i phoned them back. Avoid this arrogant mans establishment.

His extensive knowledge and experience together with his wonderful humour and realistic and practical approach, is always so appreciated by his audience. What I like most about this family business is so far, they've managed to they keep things simple and traditional. None of this high tech stuff that can baffle many of us. Keep up the good work.
