        Paula is a lovely teacher. She takes time to explain things in an easy to understand way and walks you slowly through the moves. She creates a really welcoming atmosphere and encourages you to go at your own pace and do any modifications you need. Its been a fantastic experience over the last course and I'm looking forward to taking up more lessons in the new year.

        You really really must check out this website. Not only a fantastic, innovative yoga teacher but Paula offers the most amazing retreats, in person lessons, online classes and local classes at other venues. Highly recommended

        Paula is a wonderful and gifted yoga teacher. I have been attending her classes for a number of years now and always find she has something new to bring. I have been on a number of her retreats and these have been amazing.

        I've had the best yoga retreat experience ever with Hey Karma Yoga. A beautifully crafted 4 days of yoga, mindfulness , and amazing nutritionally great food in a fantastic rewilding spot. I got to share this with a lovely group of like minded souls and was led by an amazing teacher who has literally been a conplete tonic of hope and healing. I couldn't recommend this enough. Amazing thank you!
