Terrible, incompetent technicians my van has been going in here since January this year its spent almost a month in there for EML LIGHT ON DASH needs a DPF but this dealer keeps doing checks and not able to find the fault soon as I drive it out light comes back on. Stay away from this place they are not organised and no one knows what they are doing. All apprentices no actual technicians

Took my Mercedes Sprinter the other week which has done under 10k in on a recall to change an air bag.. 20 mins later it came back out with a management light on. Was told I had to book and pay for a diagnostic. Asked to speak to the manager who said this was unrelated. Staff seemed to be put out because this happened as they were busy and it was getting late in the day. But the manager agreed to diagnose it for free. Came back with a problem with x 2 Nox sensors. Strange thing is the truck seems to have more power. Whats gone on here? Anyone got any clues?

Dropped my van of on Wednesday called them friday to get an update and they said they haven't even started working on my van called today Tuesday and they said they are unsure if it has been looked at and they said can i call back later. Called back and they dont answer the phone. 7 days they have had my van just to plug it into a computer to check a fault
