        First time calling, receptionist was very understanding and helpful!! ofcourse wait times for appointments are long now but not much can be done about that. Phone call appointments are available which is great if you cannot always travel!

        I have been around a while and been a patient at many GP surgeries. I thought I had seen some bad ones but this one has to be the worst. Dr Dytham left me in extreme pain without taking me seriously at all. I wanted help with my mental health but he ignored that as well and just patronised me when I said I was suicidal suggested go for a walk. Dr Dytham has to be the most emotionless and unsympathetic doctor I have ever met. I moved surgery and my new gp has treated my pain and depression and I am getting better. Dr Dytham should not be a doctor at all
