Marble & Granite Ltd - Stone & Quartz Worktops London

Two stars is for the overall experience I had dealing with Marble and Granite. Everything started well until a 2nd templating visit was required. M&G still went ahead and templated on the 2nd visit despite knowing the same problem they raised on the first visit was still present. My issue was with them expecting me to pay for the 2nd visit, which in my opinion wasn't needed. The quartz worktop itself is nice, however the splashback has a small chip on it, something they refuse to take responsibility for. There has been quite a bit of back and fourth on email, and the messages I've received have been aggressive, rude and unprofessional.

Thank You for the beautiful kitchen island. Excellent Service, Communication from Sophie right from the beginning. Best and the most reasonable price around the area. We had our kitchen made over and the worktop replacement was organised by our kitchen fitter who I believe always use M&G Ltd. We could not be happier with our beautiful new work surface. Thank you M&G Ltd! We will definitely highly recommend you.

We had a fantastic experience with Lee, who helped us choose and fit a gorgeous black worktop in our kitchen. Great communication, good price and a really top quality finish.
