        I need to get a pair of soles on one of my pairs of shoes replaced, the employee that put the order through for me was extremely unprofessional and did not seem to know what he was doing at all on top of this when I went to pick up my shoes 2 days after they should have been ready for they still were not done even though i had paid for them to be done by Tuesday (2 days before I had gone to collect them for) the same employee who had done my order was there when I went to collect them and when he noticed they weren't done he simply said that they weren't, when I asked why after highlighting the fact that they should've been done on Tuesday, he just shrugged, no explanation at all. Extremely bad customer service and undertrained staff
