Laz cleaned our big front driveway, which was in e very poor condition. It looks brilliant now. The service he provided was very professional, really at the level one would expect. I strongly recommend his services.

Laz has just finished a 3 day job cleaning my patios, pathways and driveways. He has transformed them to now look like 'new' even though they were heavily stained with dirt and stubborn lichen. Laz has been polite, professional, conscientious, knowledgeable, diligent and on-time throughout the job. A special thanks for taking extra care to protect my animals including my pond/fish. I would recommend Laz to others without hesitation. A rare find and a true tradesman. Thanks Laz!

We had OCS quote us on cleaning our windows, gutters, fascias and driveway, along with a re-sand and seal. The quote was really competitive and Laz was knowledgeable and professional so we went ahead with the whole job. The final results surpassed our expectations, wed forgotten that our driveway actually looked that good and that our windows were as white as theyd come up. Laz was onsite for a few days and was a tidy, considerate worker, which we liked. Were really impressed and looking forward to having OCS back for future services.

We had Laz around a couple weeks ago for a quote to clean the gutters, soffits, windows, patio and clean tarmac drive and seal it. It was going to be quite a large job and Laz very professionally talked us through what he would be able to do. We excepted the quote and he got straight to work on a day that suited us. He was very considerate regarding noise of his machine for ourselves and neighbours. We had some amazing results from day one. Our soffits are brilliant white again and with all this torrential rain we have just had the gutters function again. There is a nice pattern and different coloured bricks on our patio which was lovely to see. All of our neighbours have seen our tarmac drive which Laz has made look like new again and are very impressed with his work. He took his time cleaning all the moss and weeds off and sealing it with a black paint. Looks great! We have organised him to come once a month to clean the windows also. This has made such a difference to the look of the house. Wish we done it years ago. Cant recommend enough.
