I purchased a Porsche Macan Turbo a few days ago for 70,000. Whilst driving at home it became apparent that the rear windscreen washers didn't work. Also lots of vibration whilst accelerating at higher speeds. It's still under manufacturer warranty, I called my local Porsche dealer (Silverstone) who were not interested in helping me at all. They told me Hatfield must carry out repairs and it's clear they hadn't done any of their checks. I thought I'd get the wheels balanced at a local garage. Whilst looking for the locking wheel nut we discovered a pool of water underneath the Bose amplifier in the nearside rear quarter. This is where the rear wash wiper pipe is located. The car was supposed to be rigorously tested beforehand and after speaking to Graham Lane the manager he suggested that maybe I should have test driven it first but after driving 200 miles to get to Hatfield and paying 70k and that they told me 111 test procedures had been carried out I didn't I think it was necessary to test drive. My neighbour has one of these cars which influenced my decision to buy it in the first place. I really hope this can get sorted asap. I can't describe how disappointed I am at the moment. Following on they offered a replacement car whilst my 24 hour old car was repaired but they couldn't even send the insurance email to the right address. I started the car the next morning and immediately the oil warning light came on. Barry Wright the sales guy said the warning light wasn't on when we picked it up. I must say that Barry has lied to me so many times. Even today with the frosty morning I just found out it hasn't got a heated windscreen - Barry Wright told me it had. To be honest I think that they really don't care. Avoid Barry Wright. I made numerous messages and calls to Graham Lane he promised he would deal with issues I raised but hasn't. I couldn't possibly be more disappointed.

An enormous thank you to Akash at Porsche Centre Hatfield, who sourced me a vehicle that exceeded my expectations. I first walked into this dealer almost 12 months ago just for a browse, and to explore options. I did not purchase at the time, as I was in the process of buying a house. I did however keep his details as he was very friendly and there was no high pressure sales pitch. 12 months later I was seriously looking at 718 Caymans on Autotrader, and had my eye on a 718 Cayman S with the exact spec and colour that I was looking for. I thought it would be worth contacting Akash to see if he had any options as I wanted this car in time for my birthday. After giving him my budget and spec, Akash was able to source a 718 Cayman GTS that was in my budget and was literally the perfect car for my requirements. The swift action taken and precise attention to detail during the purchase and handover were impeccable. Within a very short time window, he was able to provide me with a vehicle that made my birthday extremely memorable and that puts a smile on my face every time I fire up the engine! Excellent work from a very competent professional.

When I need a new car, and I will always call Porsche Hatfield and speak tomy trust adviser Akash Hirani before I go anywhere near a car showroom, he provided me with the support I needed to make the right and informed decisions. The advice has created some long-term financial benefits for my car budget, and the terms of business are the best flexible and bespoke to meet my needs. Based on my interaction with Akash Hirani and the Porshe Hatfield family, I have now developed a professional relationship with Porshe but with a personal feel. Also, the administrative personnel are excellent and helpful. I would like to thank the directors and staff at Porsche Hatfield for their excellent service and promise to return to get my 911 GT

I ordered a 911 c4 GTS a year ago. Akash Hirani was my sales advisor. He was prompt in booking an appointment in the showroom and was very knowledgeable re the 911 product. He helped me spec my dream car (also accomodated my friends) in the spec room which was quite an experience itself. He then set expectations re delivery time which was one year at the time. I was kept updated on progress and the build was very smooth, I recieved my car in under a year (9 months ish) just last weekend and it was all exactly as per expectation. A beautiful 911 specced as per my requirements beautifully. The collection itself was an incredible experience given this was my first porsche. They accomodated all my friends (12-15 of us) and made the reveal exciting. When the covers were removed the car looked stunning, exactly as per expectation and the customer service and care was simply unbeatable. Akash Hirani took amazing care of us, he is truly a one off Sales/Customer Service expert and clearly enjoyes his role. Had a sepctacular experience and looking forward to future purchases. I really have nothing bad to say.
