        Attempted to get pizza to pick up using a family account with rewards points. However the order was cancelled immediately so we called the branch and they told us, very rudely, that our account was fake and refused to serve us as well as threatening us with the police. We decided to go to the shop to see if we could talk to them but they locked us out of the shop 45 minutes before the supposed closing time. Not happy.

        Spent 100 papa john points only for the order to be cancelled because the account is a fake. Called up the store and a very rude woman answered saying we all know its a fake and refused to hear us out. Was fully expecting pizza night now im stuck with pasta night. Been done over by Italy twice in one year now.
