Impossible to contact by telephone. Either constantly engaged (probably taken off the hook) or left to ring until it cuts off. Have been trying non_stop for 3 hours! And all I want to find out is if my prescription has arrived before I ask someone to collect - I'm currently housebound. This level of service is clearly unacceptable!

Since being taken over my jades pharmacy it is now the worst pharmacy in town they do not answer the phone all day long they are rude and very unhelpful
